List of Services

Adherence Support

Our dedicated team will reach out to you once a month to see how you are doing with your regimen. This gives the patient the opportunity to address concerns, such as side effects or changes to insurance plans, and prevent unnecessary missed doses.

Copay Assistance

Cost should never be a barrier to you receiving your medication. We will work to get all patients connected to co-pay relief, through use of pharmaceutical co-payment cards and enrollment in grant programs through charitable organizations.

If you have questions about your regimen, we offer convenient two-way texting. Simply text us, and we will answer your question as soon as possible or the next business day if it is after business hours.  This is also an easy way for patients to update their insurance information. (simply text us a screen shot of your new card).

If you do not have time to stop by the office, we will gladly mail your regimen at no cost to you.

We offer curbside prescription pick-up. Give us a call and we will bring it to your car so you do not have to pay to park.

Prior Authorization Assistance

We will coordinate with our medical staff and your insurance company to ensure you get the medication prescribed by your doctor covered under your plan.

Our staff is highly trained in HIV and has sought out HIV credentialing through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. We demonstrate to the medical community that we as HIV care providers voluntarily seek to establish for ourselves a rigorous, uniform national standard for the knowledge and experience base expected of all practitioners serving on HIV care teams.

Sterile Compounding

We provide state-of-the-art take-home IV medication for patients discharging from the hospital, always adhering to the highest standards of USP regulation.

Patient Testimonials

“As a long time paraplegic and frequent UTI patient the “business” of healthcare can be frustrating. The doctors and staff of the Worth St location (and I am sure North Park as well) make every request and visit into a collaborative effort between them and me. Our goal is my best outcome and I consider many of them friends and all of them “the best of the best”.

“The highly skilled and trusted pharmacy team continuously goes above and beyond customer care rankings. They truly take pride in serving and educating the community. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy as one of the best service providers. Thanks for your quality service throughout the years.” – Anonymous
