Louis Sloan, M.D. Memorial

Dr. Sloan joined North Texas Infectious Diseases Consultants and worked at Baylor University Medical Center since 1994. Dr. Sloan was a board certified in both Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine and completed his fellowship and residency training at Baylor. Dr. Sloan had a special interest in transplant medicine, post-operative infections and HIV/AIDS research; he implemented NTIDC’s clinical research program for HIV/AIDS and clinical trials for other infectious diseases. Additionally, Dr. Sloan served on the teaching faculty for Baylor University Medical Center and sat on multiple medication advisory boards.

Request for medication refills

North Texas Infectious Diseases Consultants

Refill requests may take up to 72 hours for approval. Please monitor your pill bottles and contact the pharmacy at least 5 days prior to running out of your medication. Please note that prescription refill authorizations are dependent upon you maintaining the recommended follow-up appointments with your provider.
